Dr. Olaleke Alao

Alao, Olaleke Michael (Ph.D.) is the Managing Director of Goal-Tile International Limited, a company that is into concept creation, execution, and development services. The company also carries on media services, project and event management, publication, general publicity, and image management.

Dr. Alao is also a Director and Head of the Secretariat of the Centre for Convention on Democratic Integrity Ltd/Gte (CCDI), a non-profit organization registered in Nigeria; and the Secretary of Center for Convention on Democratic Integrity Inc., a 501(a)(c) non-profit organization operating in the State of Maryland, the United State of America under with the mission to reduce poverty and strengthen the capacity of people between sub-Sahara Africa and the United States and throughout the world. CCDI is in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)/United Nations. He was the Director of Corporate Affairs of CCDI, Nigeria in 2017 and the Director of Youths of CCDI in 2014. Alao is the Assessment Officer of the Rights Monitoring Group (RMG), a coalition of civil society organizations established in 2008, committed to combat corruption, promoting an enduring democracy, and monitoring Nigeria’s compliance with international treaties.

He is a Lecturer and a member of the Board of Trustees of Joint Distance Learning Academy. He teaches administration, development, and management courses (Organization and Human Resources Management, Entrepreneurship, Comparative Studies, and so on). He was also a part-time lecturer at the Continuing Education Centre of the Polytechnic, Ibadan. His core areas are Governance, Institutional, and Policy Analysis. He is an administrator per excellence. He is well-published, he has academic publications in both local and international journals.

He was the Secretary General of the United Nations Youths Association of Nigeria (UNYAN); Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Students’ Steering Committee (SSC), Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU); and Public Relation Officer of the National Association of Public Administration and Management, Obafemi Awolowo University Chapter. He was given an award of meritorious services by the management of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria in 2008.

Dr. Alao Olaleke Michael is married with children. He has to his credit, Certificate in French; Certificate in Portuguese; Bachelor of Arts in English Language; Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration; Master of Public Administration (MPA); Master of Science (M. Sc.) in Public Administration; and Ph.D. in Public Administration, all from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria.
